The service

Grain is a SaaS tool that helps restaurant owners analyse customer reviews and draft responses using AI. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees about uptime or availability, particularly during the beta period.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must be 18 or over to use Grain.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Grain for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is defamatory, offensive or infringes third party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use the service to generate fake or misleading reviews
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

AI-generated content

Response drafts are generated by AI and are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any response before publishing it. Grain accepts no liability for the content of AI-generated responses once published.

Payment

Pricing details are available on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
